or any import duties and taxes that may be incurred when importing your vape mail. Shipping charges are non-refundable. Refunds are only applied to items that are returned to our warehouse.
If the return of your package incurs any type of return fees, those charges will be deducted from your refund of the returned items.

Order Tracking
Tracking information will be sent to the provided email address once an order is shipped out. You will also be able to check on your order status when you log into your account.
Orders are typically sent the same day a tracking number is generated. Don't panic if you don't see the tracking information update, some carriers do not update tracking for up to 48 hours after pickup.
